PC-650 Poly-Chemcure Heavy Duty Epoxy Non-Skid

PC-650 is a two component heavy duty non-skid Epoxy coating. This high performing coating is ideal for industrial, commercial, marine, and other applications. PC-650 helps to provide slip resistance in wet and slippery conditions. Ideal for both new and old concrete surfaces, interior and exterior surfaces. PC-650 is also designed for application on concrete and steel surfaces. Depending on the application, you can use a squeegee or trowel to get a smoother, less aggressive profile. Rolling the product with a phenolic core roller will give you an aggressive finish. This product meets USDA requirements. *Note: this product may chalk or discolor when used as an exterior finish coat.

PRODUCT USES Excellent as a non-skid for warehouse floors, aisle-ways, parking decks, platforms, concrete slabs, bridges, loading docks, ramps, exterior walks, steps, production areas, garages, seafood processing areas, canneries, meat packing plants, bottlers, poultry plants, chemical plants, paper mills, schools & public institutions, theme parks, wineries, marinas, ships and work boats, machine shops, oil refineries, water treatment plants, breweries, floors, stadiums, and wash down areas. PRODUCT FEATURES Heavy duty non-skid resistance. Provides excellent slip resistance. Meets ADA and OSHA requirements for safe co-efficient of friction when properly applied. Good water, salt and chemical resistance. Excellent coating for Diamond Plate. Available in low temperature cure down to 25°F. Good abrasion and impact resistance. Easy to apply. Designed for wet areas. Mil PRF 24667B product offset.

50-120ºF (Regular Cure); 40-100°F (Low Temp Cure)

DRY SERVICE TEPERATURE

160°F
