CM-77 Fast Dry Epoxy Primer / Flake Basecoat
Recommended as a primer/base coat on concrete floors on shop floors, garage floors, warehouse floors, restaurants & bars, automotive floors, schools & universities, rest rooms, locker rooms, office buildings, hotels and any other com-mercial retail or residential application. Recommended as a primer under epoxies, polyurethanes and poly-aspartics. Excellent basecoat for flake floors for 1 day flooring systems.
PC-2.8 Fast Recoat Low-Temp Primer
Poly-Chemcure PC-2.8 is a high-performing, very fast recoat, sandable, two component, VOC conforming (2.8lbs./gal./low HAPS) Amine Cured Epoxy that will cure at temperatures down to 20°F. PC-2.8 Epoxy Primer is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and penetrants to provide excellent adhesion and protection to properly prepared carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum surfaces. Depending on the temperature, the fast setting PC-2.8 can be recoated in 90 – 105 minutes.
PC-2.8 High Production Epoxy Primer is used as a regular and high build primer under a wide variety of Epoxy and Polyurethane topcoats.
PC-116 Rust Inhibitive Epoxy Primer
PC-116 is a two component, fast curing high build Polyamide Epoxy Rust Inhibitive Primer designed for use as a primer for our epoxy and polyurethane topcoats. PC-116 helps prevent edge failure and film under-cutting of steel surfaces exposed to corrosive atmosphere and chemically aggressive environments. PC-116 can be used where an extended recoat period of up to 6 months is needed. Proper cleaning of the primer must be done after extended time without a top coat to remove any dust, dirt, grease or oil that may have contaminated the surface.
PC-145 Polyamide Epoxy Concrete Primer/Sealer
A two component, high build modified Polyamide cured epoxy block filler formulated to seal, fill and level porous masonry block surfaces. Normally, 1-2 coats of PC-145 will also fill most small voids and crevices to provide a smooth, even surface for painting. Ideal for interior or exterior block and masonry surfaces. PC-145 with the recommended topcoats, provides a system with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance as well as a system that withstands frequent cleanings.
PC-149 Polyamide Epoxy Concrete Primer/Sealer
A low viscosity, two component polyamide modified epoxy primer/sealer formulated with unique wetting agents to provide maximum penetration into concrete surfaces. PC-149 seals concrete surfaces from penetration of water and chemicals which cause concrete deterioration and spalling. Ideal for both new and old concrete surfaces for exterior or interior exposures. PC-149 is also used as a primer for epoxy and polyurethane top coats.
PC-155 Epoxy Damp Concrete Primer
PC-155 is a moisture tolerant two component modified Polyamine Cured Clear Epoxy designed as a concrete primer to be used under our epoxy grouts, mortars, toppings, high performance coatings and lining systems. The low viscosity provides deep penetration into the concrete for excellent surface adhesion. Can be topcoated with 100% solids in 30 mins. – 1 ½ hrs at 75°F.
PC-1703 100% Solids Epoxy Concrete Primer
PC-1703 is a specially formulated two component, 100% Solids Epoxy Concrete Primer. PC-1703 is a low viscosity, self leveling resin that can be applied at a dry film thickness of 5-10 mils in one (1) coat. It is designed as a concrete primer for use under epoxy mortar toppings, slurries, lining systems, and thin film epoxies and polyurethanes. The PC-1703 being a 100% Solids Epoxy, is ideal for use in confined areas where solvent odor is objectionable. It meets all EPA and other air pollution regulations.
CM-15 Chemical Mastic Hi-Solids Hi-Build Epoxy Mastic
A two component, multi-purpose, high solids, direct-to-metal (DTM) chemical resistant amine cured epoxy mastic. Chemical Mastic CM-15 is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents, penetrates and rust inhibitors to provide excellent adhesion to sound, tight, rusty steel surfaces, and to upgrade old, deteriorated coatings. CM-15 is recommended for concrete floors and can be used a base coat for flake floors. Ideal as a coating system over marginal or poorly prepared surfaces where blasting is impractical or prohibited. Recommended as a high build primer under a wide variety of topcoats.
PC-211 Epoxy Flooring Primer/Finish Coat
A two component, solvent based epoxy coating for concrete. PC-211 is designed to be used as a primer or finish coat. PC-211 provides excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals
PC-275 Polyamide Epoxy Mastic
A two component, high solids, chemical resistant polyamide epoxy mastic. PC-275 provides excellent adhesion and protection to tight, sound, rusty steel surfaces and to upgrade old, deteriorated coatings. Ideal as a one coat system over marginal or poorly prepared surfaces where blasting is impractical or prohibited. Recommended as a high build primer under a wide variety of topcoats. PC-275 is resistant to a wide range of Industrial Chemicals. PC-275 is also recommended as a top coat for concrete and steel surfaces.
PC-517 High Build Glass Filled Epoxy Mastic
A two component, high solids, high build, flake filled, Phenolic Epoxy Mastic. PC-517 is based on a cycloaliphatic polyamine cured Epoxy. PC-517 Epoxy can be used as a one coat, 20 mil dry film Epoxy on horizontal surfaces. This unique coating has excellent chemical, abrasion, impact, and weather resistance with outstanding adhesion to marginally prepared surfaces as well as clean blasted surfaces.
PC-555 Acid Resistant Novolac Epoxy Coating
A high solids modified cycloaliphatic cured multifunctional epoxy Novolac coating. The filler is ceramic which maximizes chemical, abrasion and thermal shock resistance. Has exceptional chemical and solvent resistance for an air cured system. Designed for use in splash and spillage of 98% Sulfuric Acid and 37% HCL. This product is used as a Finish Coat on steel, concrete and polymer materials.
