PC-1803 100% Solids Epoxy Glaze Clear Coat
Poly-Chemcure PC-1803 is a low viscosity, 100% Solids, solvent free, two component amine cured epoxy. PC-1803 is designed as resin for Color Quarts floors, decorative toppings and other flooring systems. PC-1803 can be used as a primer under epoxy grouts, mortars, toppings, high performance coatings and lining systems. The PC-1803 has been formulated to provide deep penetration into the concrete surface without the use of any solvent, therefore, eliminating any objectionable solvent odor, particularly inside buildings. Also, PC-1803 makes an excellent clear floor finish. One (1) or two (2) coats provide a tough, hard, durable film, which protects against during and surface deterioration.
PC-1820 100% Solids Epoxy Clear Metallic Basecoat
Poly-Chemcure PC-1820 is a 100% Solids, solvent free two component, cycloaliphatic amine cured Epoxy. PC-1820 is designed as resin for Color Quartz floors, metallic decorative toppings and other flooring systems. PC-1820 can be used as a primer under epoxy grouts, mortars, toppings, high performance coatings and lining systems. The PC-1820 has been formulated to provide penetration into the concrete surface without the use of any solvent, therefore, eliminating any objectionable solvent odor, particularly inside buildings. Also, PC-1820 makes an excellent clear floor finish. One (1) or two (2) coats provide a tough, hard, durable film, which protects against surface deterioration.
PC-1850 100% Solids Epoxy Glaze Color Coat
Poly-Chemcure PC-1850 Glaze Coat is a specially formulated two component, 100% Solids Epoxy Coating designed for use where a hard, durable, tile-like high gloss floor finish is desired. Based on a unique blend of “resin rich” polymers, PC-1850 provides an extremely wear resistant surface, which also is cosmetically attractive in appearance. PC-1850 is a low viscosity, self-leveling resin that can be applied at a dry film thickness of 10-60 mils in one (1) coat. Most applications are 10-20 mils DFT. The PC-1850, being a 100% solids epoxy, is ideal for use in confined areas where solvent odor is objectionable. PC-1850 meets all EPA and other air pollution regulations, and is USDA approved. PC-1850 is also used as a basecoat for flake floors.

PC-1875 100% Solids Chemical Resistant Epoxy Resin
A 100% solids, two component cycloaliphatic epoxy resin designed for concrete restoration and protection in extremely chemical corrosive environments. PC-1875 has excellent chemical resistance to acids, caustics, salts, aromatic and aliphatic solvents. Ideal for corrosive environments such as chemical plants, mining, pulp and paper mills, etc.
CF-615 100% Solids Epoxy Crack Filler
A 100% solids, low modulus, two component epoxy crack filler for concrete, steel and wood surfaces. A trowelable adhesive formulated to patch or resurface horizontal, vertical or overhead surfaces. CF-615 is a uniquely formulated moisture insensitive epoxy patching material that can cure in the presence of moisture.
CF-615 can be used 1:1 with silica sand to make a mortar consistent material for troweling or patching. CF-615 is used for mortar joints in block or brick walls or as a coving material.
CF-621 100% Solids Flexible Joint Filler Epoxy
Chem-Flex CF-621 is a two component 100% Solids Flexible Epoxy Joint Filler designed to fill and protect saw cut/control joints in on-grade concrete slabs and to repair existing damaged control joints and cracks. CF-621 has excellent heavy load traffic bearing properties and bond strength. CF-621 has outstanding recovery when the joint material has been stretched.
CS-669 Acrylic Lacquer Concrete Sealer
CS-669 is a one component solvent Acrylic Clear Concrete Lacquer. CS-669 is designed for use on concrete, masonry, brick and decorative concrete. CS-669 is a high-gloss, non-yellowing sealer. CS-669 has excellent resistance against water and dirt penetration. CS-669 dustproofs concrete by penetrating surface pores leaving a tough durable film.
S-20 Enamel Catalyst
S-20 is a special catalyst that will accelerate dry times and improve the performance of conventional oil/alkyd enamel coatings. S-20 is added to the alkyd coating prior to application.
