PC-145 Poly-Chemcure Polyamide Epoxy Block Filler

A two component, high build modified Polyamide cured epoxy block filler formulated to seal, fill and level porous masonry block surfaces. Normally, 1-2 coats of PC-145 will also fill most small voids and crevices to provide a smooth, even surface for painting. Ideal for interior or exterior block and masonry surfaces. PC-145 with the recommended topcoats, provides a system with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance as well as a system that withstands frequent cleanings.

PRODUCT USES

PC-145 is an epoxy block filler used to fill and seal block and masonry surfaces in the following areas:

1. Industrial

Chemical processing plants, pulp and paper mills, sewage and waste water treatment facilities, electric generating plants, petroleum refineries, food processing, dairies, meat packing, bottling plants, poultry plants, breweries, marine applications, manufacturing plants, computer rooms, textile mills, and furniture plants.

2. Institutions

Schools, hospitals, nursing and retirement homes, jails, cafeterias, dormitories, rest rooms, locker rooms, showers, kitchens, laundry rooms, laboratories and medical and veterinary clinics.

3. Commercial

Car washes, dog kennels, stadiums, arenas, zoos, clean rooms, restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets and warehouses.
